Lynn has been performing since she was eight years old. When she was sixteen, she was featured girl singer on the television show “Country Caravan” out of Sacramento, CA. In 1966 she signed with the Chart label out of Nashville, TN. She recorded several Hits - “Ride, Ride, Ride”, “If I Kiss You” “Big Girls Don’t Cry” and others.
She spent 1968 and 1969 as the featured country singer on the Lawrence Welk Show out of Los Angeles.
Then in 1970 she was signed to Columbia Records where she recorded the song “Rose Garden” that won the her the Grammy as Top Female Vocalist of the year.
Lynn is one of the finest horsewomen in the USA - having won hundreds of trophies and ribbons since her first riding competitions in California at age ten - where she grew up on a ranch. She was the California Horseshow Queen in her teens. She was sponsored by the World Champion Drill Team - The Sacramento County Mounted Sheriff's Posse - of which her father Casey Anderson - was a member at the time.
Today she is still competing in cutting horse competition and other events and still winning too.
